Call for Executive Council Members
In accordance with the interim bylaws of World Falls Prevention Society (WFPS), expressions of interest for eight positions on the Executive Council are now open. If you have registered for the 2nd WFPS congress in Perth, Australia, or served as a member on the World Falls Guidelines Steering Group and/or a working group you are eligible to submit an expression of interest. Please attach a 1-page supporting document outlining your role in fall prevention, and experience in similar roles. We hope to include representatives from diverse regions across the globe.
If you wish to serve on the Executive Council, send your expression of interest to the WFPS Secretariat at wfps@neura.edu.au. Submissions close on 22nd October 2023. The WFPS Executive Council Steering Committee will consider each submission and announce the successful Executive Council members at the 2nd WFPS congress in Perth, Australia.

Call for host for the 2026 Congress
In accordance with the interim bylaws of the World Falls Prevention Society (WFPS), bids for hosting the 2026 WFPS triennial congress are now open. If you are registered for the 2nd WFPS congress in Perth, Australia, or served as a member on the World Falls Guidelines Steering Group and/or working group you are eligible to make a bid. We will consider all locations across the globe.
If you wish to do so, send your bid to the WFPS Secretariat at wfps@neura.edu.au. Bids close on 22nd October 2023. The WFPS Executive Council will consider each bid and announce the successful host at the 2nd WFPS congress in Perth, Australia.
